SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The Sales Representative serves as a key member of the retail sales team, and is responsible for demonstrating and selling wireless service, equipment, and accessories, and completing online and offline sales forms.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- 1-3 years experience in a retail sales environment.
- Flexible schedule availability (including evenings and weekends) required.
- The ability to analyze customer needs, present solutions and add value through delivery of products and services.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced, demanding environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
- A focus and understanding of superior customer service.
- Proficiency in using multiple computer-based systems.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
REPAIR TECHNICIAN
Technicians must be adept at working with their hands, and prior cellular phone experience is a plus.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Maintain satisfactory Quality performance levels.
- Perform maintenance and repair on cellular handsets.
- Maintain minimum production level.
- Maintains a clean and organized work station
